Your training turned out to be really helpful. The more I see how it works here in the US and the more I talk to expatriates who had no preparation, the more I am confident how important such a training is. We talked before already about it, other expatriates often agree about differences, but they usually are not aware about the reasons. The structure of US-thinking is not very well known.
Ms. Sametinger’s workshop, „International Business Etiquette“ was a unique opportunity for our international students to gain not only a theoretical framework for intercultural topics but also to actively engage in dialog with students from other cultures and to directly apply what was learned. The interactive and entertaining design of the workshop was very well received.
